Why I’m Starting to Write

Look at every form of media around the world. There’s fancy lettering, designs, crazy layouts and everything is fast paced.

But breaking down every media into it’s first principle. Will lead you to words.

I’m writing and you’re reading. This can be anywhere, from a phone, tablet, or computer. And that’s wonderful.

I’m currently in a little town in Ontario Canada. I wrote this in the afternoon, Fri April, 12, 2024.

In another decade this page with these words will still be here, waiting for the next person. Writing has the power to lead, inspire, and change the next people. And this will happen with a few keystrokes, a long day, and a few cups of coffee. I know I’ll never met most of the people who will read this in the future, but I’m certain that it will inspire at least a few people.

Things you can do

Think about all the things you can communicate with a few words. If you’re in sales, you can write a sales letter. If you’re a teacher, you can write a new lesson. If you’re an artist, you can show off what you made. And if it’s great, people will read it and share it.

Sharing your work

The point of this article is to share your work.

I could have kept writing my own articles (I’ve written articles on autobiographies, psychology and etc. That I might not ever share publicly) and buried them deep into my notion command centre. This would have shielded me from criticism, judgement, and being the centre of attention. I started to see writing as a way to improve my thinking, communication, and to meet new people.

We all have thoughts, ideas, and words inside of us. These words can entertain the masses, change global opinions, and improve the lives for a substantial amount of people. That’s why I’m starting to write.

Share your work. Share your words. Just do it.
